Songjiang is pretty far from downtown. Which would mean that residents there would have to have some means of transportation so they can get to supermarkets, malls, hospitals, schools, etc. It would also cost them an amount of money to travel to and from work/school everyday.However, the prices of the houses downtown are pretty expensive these days.

Although the day was rainy, fresh air made me confortable.
Some say Songjiang is far from downtown,
schools,hospitals,markets seem not convient to our citizens.
But when faced with the current high price of houses ,many
people may consider to choose new houses which are a little
far from center,then price may a bit lower .
What's your opinion?
