So this maybe the same as the best city to buy the first house/apartment in.

You may need to consider these 5 areas: nightlife, culture, job growth, number of other singles, cost of living alone.

 I love Shanghai

 among these 8 cities, i have been stayed in Qingdao for 4years.

the city is clean, especially around the seaside.

the expenses are not very high but almost no night life.
